Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once you've placed an order, you are no longer able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you need to change some of your order details, please contact us at shopsupport@thekidsguide.com. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an item is handed off to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Not all shipments will include tracking, however, if an issue arises, and you do have tracking information, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number. We will always do our best to help where possible.
In general, order processing takes 5-7 business days and domestic shipments are in transit for 10-14 days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or factors outside our control.
Damaged Packages or Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
