A: The Kids Guide is a collection of fun and educational books designed to help kids understand important topics—like history, science, money, technology, and more, in a way that’s engaging and easy to follow.

Q: Who are these books for?
A: They’re perfect for kids ages 6–14, but parents and grandparents love reading along too!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States and U.S. Territories only.

Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our customer service team at shopsupport@thekidsguide.com right away and we’ll help update it.

Q: Am I signing up for a subscription?
A: When you purchase The Kids Guide at shop.thekidsguide.com, you will not be subscribed to ongoing shipments.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your order! If you received the wrong item or your book arrived damaged, contact us within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event of a misprint, damaged or defective item, we will honor a replacement up to 14 days from when the product was received. To start a return for your misprinted, damaged or defective item, please contact us at shopsupport@thekidsguide.com.
