Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than product issues, we’re always here to help if something arrives not quite right.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed deliveries caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Items lost or stolen after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us at shopsupport@thekidsguide.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will ship a replacement item as quickly as possible. If the item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or send an alternative item of equal value.

Order Issues Caused by Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
